During a round Preity Zinta asked Yuvraj Singh, “But you are a big flirt and that’s why you get linked up with everyone”. I meant it in a very funny way. Yuvraj Singh replied that she was dating someone at that time and he was made the scapegoat in the whole thing. This is all happened because he was single.
Talking about his marriage partner, Yuvraj Singh said that he doesn’t want a life partner who marries him only because of his popularity as an Indian cricketer.

Though rumours of actress Preity Zinta dating cricketer Yuvraj Singh is still a question mark, but it has somehow affected the handsome cricketer in a show where Preity Zinta , being the chat show host openly called him a 'Big Flirt'. The rumours of the affair gained its pace when pictures of Preity hugging Yuvraj post in almost all of the 20-20 cricket matches hit the headlines in 2009. But, Preity rubbished all such scandals.
On her chat show Up Close & Personal with PZ, Preity Zinta made attempts to pull Yuvraj's legs by saying, “But you are a big flirt and that"s why you get linked up with everyone!" Yuvraj answered back, “You were dating someone at that time and I was made the scapegoat in the whole thing. All this only because I was single. You were also linked to Bret Lee earlier, weren"t you?"
Emotional Yuvi also claimed that he won't marry any chick who comes on the way since he has been victimised by his parents' divorce. “I don"t want anyone to marry me for the fact that I play for India or due to my popularity", says Yuvraj. He also describes his dream girl, who has to be understanding enough since he would be traveling most of the time due to games.
